This will take them to your website where they require some information and verification before doing anything.

There are many possibilities for the customer’s decision that they do not want to upgrade the seat.

Interactive email is very simple.

Easy to use and navigate from within the email.

The cart is updated and can adjust the price, taxes, and discounts in real time.

This is a smart marketing technique.

Send an email to skip the cart and add a discount.

Price may be that the customer did not initially start an investigation, so the rebate may be an inspiration to finalize the sale.

This is a great way to improve checkout page conversion.


Use interactive photo

Earlier we discussed the GIF.

But what about the photos?

Yes, we can also use photos in our email

Just make sure they are interactive

Let’s take a look at another example.

Instead of just sending a picture with a drink, they made the image interactive.

Click on one of the 4 options to fill the cup.

The visual effects of this are great.

How to find new customers using these Google Analytics reports

The top challenge facing marketers is creating traffic and taking them to their website.

And those who are the second biggest challenge, are proving ROI of marketing activities.

Since you are a marketer, so you are familiar with these challenges.

The goal of marketing is to generate traffic, leads, and conversions. And when this is not happening, you may feel some failure.

I got it.

But whatever you want is worse than not paying attention:

Do not know if you are creating that attention or not.

There is one thing to say, “Our marketing efforts are not working.”

This is one more thing, “I do not know they’re working.”

First of all, you can change your strategy to do something better.

Along with the other, however, you can change or stick with what you are doing, but you will not know what the producer is and what is not. This is not a good scenario for setting up your business.

You want to find new customers but to do this, you need to know who is your audience to reach those people and which strategies are going to be the best thing to do.

Again, and only then, you can successfully target those people who you are likely to become a new customer.

Luckily, Google Analytics has all the necessary answers you need.


But, of course, you first need to install Google Analytics

So I should walk you through that

First, go to Google Analytics

To sign in to your current account, click the button in the upper-right corner.

Or you can click on the “More options” button at the bottom of the sign-in screen to create a new account.

Click on “Create Account”.

Then enter all the appropriate information.

Once you sign in or create your account, you will be able to access this page, where you can sign up for a Google Analytics account.

The Google Account that you created will automatically be linked to the Google Analytics account you are setting up

Click “Sign up”.

Then fill in all the information on this page.

After this, you will see this page where you will get your tracking ID.

Now, this is a difficult part. You need to copy the tracking ID that Google provides to you and paste it into the code on your website.

Where you want to paste this code, it will depend on the platform of your website. If you are using Shopify or WordPress, Google Analytics will be easily integrated.

If you are not, talk to the person who developed your website and asks them where the code should be kept.

Once you install Google Analytics, you can take advantage of all the potential capabilities that this device needs to provide.

And its capacity is quite abundant


Audience Overview Report

The Audience Overview report is one of the most useful, and it’s easy to access.

To get this, go to your Google Analytics dashboard on the left side of the screen, you will see a navigation menu. Click “Audiences.”

Then, select “Overview”.

The Audience Overview report shows you what percentage of visitors are new and which percent are coming back.

It also shows you the number of sessions, users, and page views with your bounce rate, the duration of the average session, and the new sessions.

And at the bottom of the dashboard, you can classify your audience based on different demographics.

Specifically, you can classify by language, country or city.

You can separate the data from the browser, operating system, service provider and screen resolution.

The real demographic is where real magic enters. You can say where your current traffic is from, what language they speak, and which browsers are using.

Then, you can take that information and apply it to your advertising campaigns to get new customers

Target people who speak the same language, belong to the same country, and even use the same browser as their existing traffic.

If these demographics describe your current audience, then those who are most likely to become customers will probably fit within that distinction.


Customer acquisition report

It’s good to measure traffic to your website.

But, in the end, website traffic tells you only the first part of the story.

It does not tell you whether they are making a commitment, after which you are doing: buying your products.

Since the ultimate goal of every marketing campaign is to find the best channels to get new customers

How to do this you can use Google Analytics

On the left navigation menu, click “Acquisition”.

Then click on “Overview.”

Now, you will see the burden of information about your most successful customer sources. Google Analytics will divide these sources directly into traffic, organic search, referral, and social

This information will help you determine how customers are reaching your website.

In return, it tells you where to invest most of your marketing dollars or rupees.

In order to acquire new customers, you should target those who want to buy more from your website.

But you can only do this if you know where in the digital world people are searching for you

If you are getting most customers from organic search, then invest in SEO

If you are receiving customers from social, then use more Facebook ads and Instagram ads.


Site content report

You know that consistent content marketing efforts may increase your ranking, causing passive traffic to your website, and even your stats can increase in the folder.

But you can only get new customers of your content marketing strategy if you know which content is working and which is not.

Fortunately, there is a Google Analytics report for this.

On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click “Behavior.”

Then, click on “Site Content”.

Choose“All pages.”

This report shows you many remarkable things about your current customers and how they interact with your content.

In particular, it will show you the number of page views, average time on page, bounce rate, and page values for each individual content.

Browse through this report to see which pages are performing best and that are performing the worst

After this, you can run ads on your best pages to increase your click-through, lead generation, and conversion rates.

If your existing customers prefer a particular part of the content, then there will be new customers.


Advanced segments

Occasionally, none of the default Google Analytics reports will give you the information you want.

In that case, you have to create your own custom Segment. Doing this will only give you the ability to browse through the relevant website data for the segments you select.

For example, you can choose mobile visitors, buyers, or multi-session users.

To do this, go to your dashboard and, at the top, click on “Add Segment.”

Then, select one or more categories that you want to include in the segment and click on “Apply”.

Again, this report is only showing data for people who access this website via mobile or tablet.

In other words, this report does not include desktop traffic

Creating segments for your own Google Analytics dashboard is a great way to customize the data you see.

And when you can customize the data, you can learn practically anything about your existing customers.

This means that you can make better goals for those people who are likely to be customers.

For example, if you found that 90% of your customers saw your website four times before the purchase, you know about investing more marketing dollars in the re-targeting ads to get new customers.

Whatever you search with your advanced segment, use that information to target new customers


Location report

Even if your business is digital, you will often attract a large number of people from a specific physical location.

While the Internet allows people to use your business from anywhere in the world, it does not mean that they will. The reality is that word of mouth is one of the most powerful advertising tools.

And people talk to others when they are in the same place at the same time.

As you develop an audience, the audience will have to wander in some places in advance. And you can find out what locations are in Google Analytics

After this, you can target advertisements to find new customers, which can be focused attention.

In the Audience Overview report, scroll down and click on “Country” or “City.”

This report will then show you how many sessions are from certain countries or cities

Every marketman needs to know where they are attracting traffic, leads, and customers. In this way, they can target and re-target the right places.

Understanding where your bulk customers are coming now, you can focus on the places that have the best chance to attract new customers.


Internal search report

Unfortunately, Google does not now disclose the keywords used to reach people through their organic search.

But, they allow you to access some data about your internal search system. If your website has a search bar, then this report will show how many people are using that search bar.

To use this report, click “Behavior” on the left.

Then click “Site Search”.

Finally, choose “Overview”.

Here, you will be able to see sessions with searches, unique searches, and average search depth.

If you set up Site Search correctly, you will also be able to see the most common questions.

And it’s a goldmine to advertise to new audiences.

Since you know why your current audience is most interested in accessing your website, you can make a piece of content around their general questions and then advertise that content for viewers watching on social media.

The more you do this, the more new customers you will benefit from answering your current customers’ questions.


Shopping Cart Abandonment Report

Nothing bad for visitors traveling to your website, add items to your cart and then leave

They often leave on this subject without any other word

This means that you do not know what it is they made the reason for leaving their carts.

And if you do not know why the cart is abandoning, then you can not fix it.

Apart from this, the abandonment of the car does not represent only a lost sale. This represents a new potential customer for you, which is for Retarget again.
In some ways, cart abandonment is the best way to find new customers because your ideal customers have already met you.
Fortunately, with some customization, Google Analytics allows you to track the cart abandoners
On the left-hand menu, click “Conversions.”

Then click on “Goal”.


After that, on the next page, Google Analytics will prompt you to set a goal if you do not have it already

Either way, you can target the “Target Goes” button by clicking on the button and then leaving a new shopping cart with the appropriate link.

Once you do this, you will be able to use the information to leave several valuable shopping carts.

How many figures can you see how many people are leaving their shopping cart and whenever they are doing it in the checkout process

Again, if that abandoned cart abandoned your email, then you can re-mark them with the appropriate email or social media ads, which includes an additional rebate to encourage conversion.


Mobile Activity Report

For your marketing activities, it is important to know how people use your content.

More specifically, you should know which device they are using.

But why is it so important?

If you need to strengthen your website to make mobile-friendly, then seeing this report can be a trick.

But whatever you find, in spite of this, make sure you target new customers just like your existing customers.

If your current audience is on a mobile device, then your new customers might be if they are on desktops, instead use desktop ads.

Many of you will know that almost half of your traffic comes from or more smartphone

And if you’re only running ads on the desktop, then you can not reach those new customers.


E-commerce tracking report

Some of you run e-commerce stores

In that case, you would want to track specific conversion events such as product sales, purchase volume, and billing locations

By doing this, you will not be able to understand your current audience better, but you will be able to market to other people who are similar.

This means that you will take the maximum amount of your advertising budget.

In the left-hand menu, click “E-commerce” and then “Overview.”

After that, you have to set up e-commerce tracking on your website. This process is similar to setting up Google Analytics

Simply click the “Learn More” hyperlink and follow the prompts.

Once you do this, you will be able to use information about your existing customers.

What are their tendencies? What are their favorite products? How much do they like to spend?



If you are like most marketers, then your biggest challenges are creating traffic and moving forward and then proving the results of your efforts.

However, with Google Analytics, these challenges constitute modest barriers.
