One of your marketing partners told you about the private blog network, huh?
And you are either confident, amazed, or hesitant to jump on the bandwagon.
This is the reason why you are here that you want to determine for yourself whether PNN is a legal strategy that may be the answer to your organic search problems or if they are just another scam
Unfortunately, the answer to that question comes from the eye, it is more complex than that.
I can not answer it with “yes” or “no”
The answer requires a bit of explaining, a listing of the pros and cons, and then an understanding of the alternatives.
One thing’s for sure, though: Backlinks benefit your SEO in remarkable ways.
And in his heart, PNBS claims to work because they generate backlinks. So at least claim that Backlinks is correct with the help of your SEO.
But what about their second claim?
We know the back work, but do PBNs work?
And if so, do they work well?
how do they work?
Ok, let’s answer those questions
What is a private blog network?
Perhaps you’ve heard the word during the conversation or found an article online.
Whatever the case if you are reading this, you probably do not know what it is or how it works.
Fortunately, private blog networks are actually quite easy to understand.
At some point in the era of SEO, nobody figured out how to make huge backlinks from high domain authority websites without any effort, they did so by purchasing domain names that were already installed in the domain authority Had done it.
Then, after collecting these domains, they posted the original content on each website and included a backlink to their primary website in all primary content.
And Vola! They immediately load backlinks from high domain authority websites.
At that time, the private blog network was born.
Think of PBNs like a database of websites, when you pay, all your website backlinks.
It ends up showing something like this.
And with all those backlinks, your website’s domain authority, SEO, ranking and all the benefits
It feels great, is not it?
Why do not you want to pay a little money to increase your ranking and generate massive traffic on your website?
This is the dream of most SEO experts, after all
Okay not so fast
Something is good, and then something bad, before making an informed decision, you need to know about both.
To help you decide whether you should take advantage of PNB or not, we are going to talk about the benefits that they have to give before.
Then, we will discuss why they are a little risky. With that knowledge, you will be better prepared to make an informed decision for yourself.
Pros- Benefits of Personal Blog Network
Although you may have heard that PNBS scams that will not help in your SEO, this claim is only partly true.
PBNs offer valid benefits
But before I’m too forward, I should mention a quick disclaimer:
I have never used PBN for my website and I do not recommend using them for my website
Why I explain a bit later, but I wanted to get it open, so you know where I stood.
For now, though, let’s discuss why PBNs to woo many marketers. As I mentioned earlier, backlinks fuel the success of the private blog network and is actually a backlink?
Backlinks contact the search engine that the linking website relies on your website so that it can be associated with your domain.
This means that search engines will also trust your website. It is similar to playing with cool kids on the playing field. When you are hanging with cool kids, it makes you quiet.
Similarly, to find out what the trustworthy websites are, search engines are seeing how websites are connecting with each other, due to this reason, link building is the top factor contributing to a website’s ranking.
So, can your PNBS increase in SEO?
Yes, of course they can
This is the reason why so many marketers use them at some point. This is the reason why they have gone so long, and the reason for this is that some SEO companies have increased the burden of money.
But what is the dark side?
After all, whatever goes up will have to come down. It sounds good to be true, which is very good to be true.
Cons – Private Blog Network Risks
PBNs great sound
This is definitely, unless you know about the risk of using them.
Yes, they can increase your SEO and generate passive traffic and can reach your website.
But if Google catches you then the entire marketing strategy can be a disaster soon.
So if you are thinking, then yes: Google hates PBN and deliberately tries to punish those who use them. However, I understand papa more than a search engine.
It is early to decide that the offer of PNB is very attractive to some marketers. You get fast rankings, brand awareness, and hopefully, revenue
At least, that’s what PNB promises
But if all these benefits can be faded in an instant of vulnerability, then is it really worth it?
but how? How does Google penalize websites that use PBNs to promote their SEO?
How do they know what you are doing?
Okay, if you have all the websites that have been backlinks, then there are very few activity websites, some updates ,and almost no internal links, then Google seems suspicious.
Unfortunately, PBN websites usually have those special properties
This makes it easier for most search engines to find them.
Finally, if you decide to use PBNs, then know that you run the risk of hurting the SEO of your website.
Legal professionals exist, but only under the cloud of possible penalties by search engines.
You can generate some quick domain authority with PBNs, although conventional strategies take much longer, they are not nearly as high risk.
So, should you use a private blog network?
As I explained, they can help your SEO, and they can do it fast, but if you use them all the time, then the unfortunate risk of destroying your website’s ranking ability drops a swoop.
Is this a risk?
I hope you will answer that question with “no”.
SEO is good but spammy strategy is not bad SEO.
Better options are to create your backlinks in the time of making guest blogging, writing testimonials, making shareable content, leveraging your social platforms and creating a loyal audience.
Although it may be felt that using those strategies takes a long time to grow through the rankings, this time is well spent.
You will find peace of mind that no one can punish you for shady methods Personal blog networks are not black hat but they are definitely not white hat, either.
They are gray hats and it’s a hat that you should not be ready to wear.
Do you think that a private blog is waiting for a network or a great SEO hack?
